What We Do
CBR, Inc.’s core business is developing payroll, tracking and accounting software specifically for work centers and community rehabilitation programs (CRPs). The heart of our product line is payroll and tracking software designed to meet the special needs of work centers. It’s like having your own in-house Department of Labor expert. Of course, it provides the same accuracy, reliability and flexibility for your staff payroll, too.

Our software product line includes:

  • Payroll and Tracking
  • Medicaid Processing
  • Accounting

In addition, our vertically integrated solutions include:

  • Consultation
  • Installation
  • Training
  • Maintenance
  • Ongoing Support
Our History
CBR, Inc. came out of the CRP industry. We have been providing payroll and accounting software to CRPs since 1982. Founded by company President Clifford B. Rowland, we incorporated in Virginia in 1986. Our people have worked in, managed and consulted with work centers for a combined total of more than 40 years.

Today
The January 2005 release of our WorkCenter Payroll and Tracking software introduces a Windows-based version of the software used by CRPs since the 1980s. Previously available only to Virginia programs, the new release of WorkCenter Payroll and Tracking software is now available nationally.
Windows-based versions of our other software modules, including Medicaid Processing and Accounting are slated for release later in 2005. We also plan the role-out of web-based and remote processing.
We continue to pride ourselves on our expertise and experience in the CRP industry. From federal and state regulations, including DOL, HIPAA, Medicaid and Rehabilitation Services, to CARF standards and day-to-day management issues, we understand what you need to know to efficiently and effectively provide quality services to individuals with disabilities.
